We’ll hold “KIDS SMILE DAY” in the public place. Your work content will be assortment or putting the bell marks on the pasted board. Due to lack of space, we can accept 16 people for this event.

⑥Head-count (if you will apply for two people or more, please specify other person’s fan club number as well).
⑦Specify your reachable time (on March 19 or 20 between 11:00 – 20:00 local time in Japan/
Example: March 19, 11:00～16:00)
■Announcement of election winner
We’ll call only elected people on March 19 (Mon.) or 20 (Tue.).
*Please note that if we can’t contact you in your reachable time, the right will be transferred to the other.

(Please apply after read and understand below notes.)
●TONY'S CLUB members only accepted.
●Please bring TONY’S CLUB member card for proof of identify.
If you do not have a member card, please bring your identification things (such as a driver license, passport etc.) or we may refuse your enter sometime.
●One fan club member can apply for up to two people (including applied person her/himself).
Accompanying person must be a member of TONY'S CLUB. So please bring a member card as well.
If you come with the children preschool age and younger, please let us know when you apply.
●Participant(s) change is not acceptable. Please apply someone can come for sure.
●There is no waiting space. You are kindly requested not to come early.
●Bell mark assortment work may be subject to change to other work.
●Minimum baggage would be very much appreciated.
●No photography or video camera allowed (including by mobile phone).
●You can bring your drink.
●Please understand that we cannot guide someone without reservation due to the narrowness of the space.
