You can confirm your ticket delivery details on the “Application Confirmation Page” of the ticket application site, such as the delivery registered mail and tracking number or the ticket exchange number at the convenience store.
Those who selected the convenience store pick-up option will also receive a “ticket pick-up information e-mail.”
*If you use the postal tracking service for delivery
It may take some time for the postal system to register your tracking number on the first day of delivery (May 2).
