●Regarding undelivered mail
Receipt of undelivered resending mail will be available from Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
If you wish to apply for the concert tour and have not received the application information, please be sure to contact Tony’s Club within the period specified below.
Please note that inquiries received after the deadline cannot be accepted for ticket applications.
For those wishing to apply online (by lottery): December 23 (Tue) , 2025 – January 15 (Thu) , 2026.
For those wishing to apply by phone (first come, first served after the online application period): December 23 (Tue), 2025 – February 17 (Tue), 2026.

Please write the following articles in the email text.
1. Membership number 2. Name 3. Address 4. Telephone number 5. Date of birth
●Membership Expiration Date
We sent it based on membership data as of November 27 (Thur.).
For members who renewed their membership after November 28 (Fri.), the expiration date will not be renewed, and a renewal form may be enclosed.
In that case, you may discard the bottom corner of the renewal form (barcode area).
However, please keep the renewal form at the top(with the contact number), as it is required to apply for viewing the MOVIE Corner.
＜How to check the expiration date for those who made a renewal payment on or after November 28 (Fri.)＞
If you have registered for the renewal procedure completion email, you will receive a renewal procedure completion email approximately one month after your payment.
If you have not registered for a renewal email, please check the expiration date on the address printed on the following membership magazine issue.

●Change of Address
Members who change their address on or after November 28 (Fri.) will have their mail delivered to their old address.
If you have submitted a forwarding notification to the post office, please wait for it to arrive.
And please follow the procedure for a change of address at a later date.
If you have not sent a forwarding notice, please specify “会報誌126号・申込案内再送希望” (I would like to receive the magazine vol.126 and application guide again) and complete the change of address procedure.

●Password
Your latest password is written on the upper right corner of the enclosed address printing sheet.
To login to the “Concert Tour 2026 – First Half Schedule Application Site” and “Fan Club Movie,” please login with your membership number and the new password, (Password included with PRISM vol.126).
Please note that past passwords cannot be used.
(Your password will change with each issue of the membership magazine.)
●Fan Club Movie
We have changed the originally scheduled video and will instead be sharing footage from a stroll around Yokohama in August 2024.
