【Notice of Change in Guidelines for New Coronavirus】
Due to changes in the government's basic policy for dealing with COVID-19, we are relaxing our guidelines for holding concerts.
The safety of all visitors, performers, and related staff will be our priority in operating and welcoming you to the concert.
Please read and understand the following requests and precautions before applying for tickets and coming to the concert.
If there are any changes, we will inform you on our official website.
Please be sure to check before coming to the concert.
＜Requests and precautions for all visitors＞
◆ On the day of the performance, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or feel unwell, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
◆ Masks must be worn in the venue to prevent splashing with those around you.
◆ As for singing and cheering during the performance, please wear a mask and enjoy the performance as long as you do not disturb the audience.
◆ The designated seating will be released, and standing will be OK.
Please be considerate of other visitors and refrain from extending out of your seat into the aisle or other areas.
Wheelchair users may find it difficult to see the stage depending on the surrounding conditions. Therefore, please understand the situation in advance.
◆ Please refrain from waiting for a performer to enter or leave the station, hotel, or venue.
◆ We will resume accepting gifts, letters, congratulatory flowers, etc.
Please leave fan letters and gifts in the gift boxes located in the lobby instead of handing them directly to the staff.
◆ Wash hands and sanitize hands frequently.
◆ Those who have tested positive for the new coronavirus, been instructed to stay at home, or have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for the virus within the past five days will not be allowed to enter.
◆ No refunds will be made due to illness or other reasons.
◆ Those who do not cooperate with the above "Requests" or do not follow the instructions of the organizers or venue staff, or those who the organizer deems to be a hindrance to safety, will be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, ticket prices, transportation fees, etc., will not be refunded.
